Grown Up, Now What?

Birthday Preparations

After having a birthday that was unusual but very me, I now get to think about preparedness for an entire month!

Our last two weekends have had a definite garden focus, and it has paid off.

It's been a blur of cooking and writing at our house ever since the Fair a few weeks ago.

Effort can't be measured, but results can.

I had a wonderful weekend learning new skills and meeting kindred spirits. Oh, and doing novel research.

DH2U came up with the term "Extreme Gardening" to describe my accident.

It's my first time through the process of writing a novel and I'm loving every step along the way.

The Aloha spirit could be felt much more in some places than others.

I hate clothes shopping, but got lucky on a recent shopping spree.

I needed the stars to align for me to appreciate the James Bond franchise. Fortunately, for me they did ... for the most part.
